He discussed the grade that he ha given to me per category on the evaluation rubric. 5 is the highest and 1 is the lowest. I got mostly 4's and some 3's.
In general, he was positive in my overall performance in the one-month period given to me in the Spa. He was just specific with me in the small details of the cleaning tasks. He explained that even a small dot of dirt can make a change and can be noticed. I got his point. Kailangan maging metikuloso amidst the fast-paced tasks specially kung rush hours.
He also specific in having the standard of having to smile. Minsan kasi seryoso ang mukha ko. Hindi ko naman maikakaila yun. Sabi nga sa kanta, "I was born this way", but that does not give me a reason not to do my part and improve things that is needed to be inproved.
With all honesty, I am satisfied with what grade he gave me for the first month. I understand that the grade was given not that high to allocate that "room for improvment" and i understand that.
Ang sa akin naman, I am proud to say that kinaya ko ang trabahong ginagawa dati ng dalawang trainee. I survived and still striving hard until the Spa renovates and I make the most out of my remaining days in Pen Spa. Ako na pala ang huling trainee na mag-dduty sa Spa bago ito bigyan ng major renovation.
