Pen Pal: Day 36

Its my first day of my Mid-Shift on a weekday and I feel sick because of the weather and the adjustment that was felt by my body. Nasanay kasi sa maagang pasok kaya naninibago ako.

After the first evaluation and after receiving my evaluation grade, at first it was ok, but after I talked to my fellow trainees in other departments, the grade that was given to me was quite disappointing pala. Kahit sila, nagulat kasi they see me and they know also the level of difficulty of my work. Hindi naman talaga ako nakitang tutok sa work ng supervisor ko and he came up with a grade lower than the degree ng hirap ng work ng isang male spa attendant given the fact that the one who is doing the job is a trainee.

The regular employees said that kahit sila, they do not really get a high rating in that evaluation. But the difference is, they still get their payroll every month as compared with us that we solely depend on the grade that will be given to us by the supervisor.

I felt a bit used.
