Pen Pal: Day 10

At lunch, i heard that some of the trainees are being transferred to different departments. Others said there experiences in their present departments and gusto nila magpalipat. I respect yung mga gusto nila at mga plano nila na malipat. As for me, Ayoko na malipat. I am ok with the schedule and with my superiors and partners in the Spa.

One trainee shared na nung pinagsabihan siya, tinatakot siya ilagay sa Spa. When I heard it, medyo na offend ako at para sa department. From the way it is said, mababa ata ang tingin nung nagsabi sa department namin.

I do not see it na mababa ang department namin. I admire the Spa department kasi even though they have problems and conflicts, I can see and feel the respect of each other. Kapag trabaho, walang bastusan. Walang tapakan.
