Nabasag ko yung glass panel ng isang ilaw sa jacuzzi. O, eh ano naman. I had the guts to say what happened and I am ready to be reprimanded. I reported it to my superiors, coordinated with the engineering people, and even handled a guest complaint regarding the incident.
Nung inaayos Sir Conde na taga-engineering department yung jacuzzi, may nakita siyang nameplate ng isang employee sa ilalim ng tubig. naka-usli yung pin na pwedeng ika-sugat ng na guest na gagamit.
In situations like these, kailangan harapin mo ang mali, at hanapan ng solusyon.
